Please do not worry if you HAVE NOT RECEIVED an e-mail with the new username and password after the transition to the BongaCash affiliate program.

Possible reasons:
> your account's username and password remain the same ( the same as for your personal account on the Runetki's affiliate program );
> e-mail went to the SPAM folder;
> your e-mail address was incorrect or obsolete;
> technical issues with the mail-servers.

If you can not log into BongaCash with your old account details, please contact our managers immediately.
